Webpass is a building specific ISP!
Webpass only offers service at properties that are capable of supporting Ethernet. Typically newer condominium and apartment complexes can support Ethernet because a data cable was installed into each unit when the property was built. This data cable allows Webpass to operate completely independently of the local phone and television companies.
